My wife Barb and I moved to Santa Fe in 1980 from Wisconsin. Six years prior to our relocation to Santa Fe I had been a successful Planning Director for Winnebago County and Barb delighted in being an elementary school teacher in Appleton. I am a native of Wisconsin and a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. I have a Bachelors degree in Sociology, and a Masters of Science in Urban Planning. Barb, and I have been married since 1974 and have two children, Carmen and Nikki. We settled in Santa Fe in 1980. I have over 25 years of experience in community planning. This has included being a County Planning Director in Wisconsin, Managing Vice-President of a 40+/- person Santa Fe planning and architectural firm for six years. In this capacity, among many other developments, I led the original master planning of Tierra Contenta and Las Campanas and the planning for the Santa Fe Auto Park. I have been active in residential and commercial real estate sales since 1996. I earned the RE/MAX President’s Club award in 1998 and have increased my sales productivity each succeeding year, including a Top Producer award.
